ACSR Conductors & Accessories

ACSR (Aluminum Conductor Steel Reinforced) conductors are composed of multiple layers of aluminum wire concentrically stranded with a coated steel core of high strength. The core can be single wire or multiple stranded as per the requirements of size. The variable nature of the stranding in the steel core enables the achievement of desired strength without compromising on ampacity. ACSR offers high tensile strength for line design and with a lightweight structure, are ideal for use as transmission & distribution cables. We provide ACSR conductors and aluminium conductors and allied accessories that are ideal for diverse applications.

Made from aluminum alloy according to IS-617 : 1975 and confirms to IS -5561 1970.
Employed bolts, nuts and washer of heavy duty flate section confirms to IS -3063.
Parts to be connected with equipment terminals or tubes are machine finished in appropriate & size.
